New Patients
We are happy to register new NHS patients within our practice boundary area.
When registering with the practice ALSO Download the NHS APP. It is a safe and secure way to access your information such as your NHS number, any allergies you may have, your current medication, your Medical History, and much more.
You do it in your own time at your convenience and need not rely on the practice to respond to your enquiry. Please be aware for you to be able to use the NHS App you will need to agree to share your information in the registration form.
How to Register
To register with our practice please attend the surgery with two forms of identification.
Acceptable identification includes:
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- HC2 Certificate
- Rough sleepers’ identity badge
- Hostel Registration / mail forwarding letter.
Until we have seen your identification you will not be registered at the practice.

Registering for Online Services
You can use the Internet to book and cancel an appointment with a GP, request repeat prescriptions and view aspects of your medical record online.
